  Very poor experience over the years - and it just gets worse. Management have no idea how frustrated customers are! Now they implement a stupid $2 policy for trolley returns. First problem, different size trolleys mean that, to get your money back you have to have the same size trolley (and they have two size trolleys) in the trolley return bay otherwise they do not fit together AND, and you cannot get your money back. Second problem, quite a few pensioners shop at this pathetic version of Woolworths. Now, $2 is not a lot of money for me but it is for a lot of pensioners, For them to have to walk around the carpark to find a trolley of the same size to get their $2 back is a joke. Do your best not to shop here. The service is crap, management take us customers for mugs and store selection is woeful compared to other Woolworths in Canberra (aka Mawson)
